Failed generations are refunded automatically — credits return to your balance when a run does not succeed.
Credit packs are prepaid and generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors.
If something went wrong with a purchase or charge, email [email protected] with your account email and the approximate time of the transaction.

What can I make?: Image to video from a still, text to video from a prompt, text to image, and extend video to keep a clip going.
How long does a generation take?: Images are usually ready in under thirty seconds. Fast video takes about a minute, Quality takes around two minutes, and Quality + Audio takes roughly three to fifteen minutes depending on length.
What happens if a generation fails?: Credits are charged when a generation starts and refunded in full automatically if it fails.
Do credits expire?: No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them, and there is no recurring charge.
Can I use the files commercially?: Yes. You own what you create here, including for client work and paid advertising.
Can I delete my files?: Yes. Deleting a generation removes it from Assets, and you can delete your whole account from settings at any time.
