These terms govern your use of gatti.app and take effect on 2026-09-03.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully.
The service is prepaid. You buy credits, and each render costs a stated number of them. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Credits do not expire. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not redeemable for money.
Credits are deducted when a render starts and refunded in full automatically if it fails.
Because credits are consumed immediately on use, purchases are generally non-refundable once spent. If something has gone wrong, write to [email protected] and we will look at it properly.
Where consumer law in your country gives you a right to a refund, that right applies regardless of anything in this section.
You must own the rights to anything you upload, or have permission to use it. Do not upload images of people who have not agreed to appear, and do not upload images of children.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to process it, produce your result, and store it for you.
You own the files you generate, including for commercial use, to the extent ownership is available under the law where you are.
Outputs are produced by machine learning models and may contain errors or artefacts. Check anything before you publish it.
Do not use the service to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that impersonates a real person to deceive, or anything unlawful where you are.
We may refuse or remove content, and close accounts, in order to comply with the law and with our providers' policies.
The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we depend on third-party model providers whose capacity and pricing can change.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and honour unspent balances where we can.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
